A Pro Tip: Use Gmail and Outlook Express and/or Thunderbird.

I highly recommend that. You can read your emails offline then, rather than spending your bulk (if you're using dial-up connection) unnecessarily. If you have difficulties on setting up OE or Thunderbird to download emails from your Gmail account, email me.
