This Stop Autoplay addon stops almost every embedded music (not just in a blog, but also another regular sites) and works together pretty well with Flashblock. The installation process should be simple, download it from Mozilla website and it should auto install itself. You don't need to configure anything afterwards to make this autoplay addon works, it's pretty much automatic.
...and then, open those websites that use auto-playing background music. Say goodbye to their wicked musics...

Found one more advantage using this addon, when I opened Youtube website, the video didn't load automatically until I pressed play. Cool :)
