This link was the end of my long journey to find a working Windows Live Writer Offline installer. I previously found another link but I couldn’t install it properly since the installer always said ‘catastrophic error’ when I invoked it. The online installer I found wasn’t a good idea since we need to redownload the needed parts again from the internet when we reformat our computer. Offline installer is the best, I think.
So, enjoy this good software (and free!) to make a post for your blog. I am using it now btw. ^^ I’ll put up a review for it in the future for sure.
